Re: Member Introductions
hey folks, I'm Jeff S. I have a 2005 Prelude SI which I believe I am 3rd owner. all original.excepy possibly the tranny. unfortunately its an automatic however due to its behavior i believe it may have some sort of shift kit.
I am in Indiana and spend most of my summers boating in a pretyy fast tunnel boat when its running,or working on it.
Planning on improving this Prelude and looking forward to some valuable info. from the members on here. Looks like a whole lot of knoewledge on this board

I'm like Mr. Sixtoes a couple posts down. Long-time lurker but never really a member of any forums (go figure.) I made it through college doing all my work myself and have owned a 91Integra gs with a b18a1 engine and currently own a 92 Integra LS with a B20B swap. Both were bought from private sellers in relatively good condition. In my life this far, I've owned an 86 CRX (hoopty not "suped up" and nice), an 85 Buick Skylark, an 86 Mazda MX6, a 91 infiniti g20, and a 65 SS Impala. I also regularly worked on my mom and dad's cars growing up too which were a 00' Ford Windstar as well as a 96 Dodge Ram.
I travel A LOT and try to take care of my car accordingly.
I've had my share of emergencies as well as routine work, but most has been primarily because I live the struggle. I absolutely love my Integra and I would do more for it but I'm just surviving, so I have to work with what I have and improvise. My job is something to that effect. I work with kids in a science center. Like today, because I have to pull my igniter module off my distributor and the coil also, I'm gonna take it in and teach the kids how it works, And why. Because they live the same struggle and don't know about forums like this. So I turn my struggles into teaching moments largely with the wisdom I find here, both good and bad. So thank you, for years of helping me get home from wherever I am.
Currently, I had to leave my ride I'm another city because it wouldn't start..... So here I am. Trying to find the right place to ask questions so I can return at the end of the week as prepared as I can. It broke my heart but it wasn't getting fuel. I was limited on money so I had to make a choice of the igniter module or main relay. I went module and when that didn't solve the issue (still didn't hear the fuel pump turn on) I went relay. But to no avail, and it seemed as if there was no spark. I had read in one of the threads that so should hear three clicks in the main relay when the ignition clicks on but even with the new one I don't feel anything. So with my questions upon questions I'm seeking answers.
Very nice to finally be part of the Community!

My name is Eddie, located in SD.
Being out here for about a year been searching for a pretty fun Daily and scrolled upon this not too long ago. My boosted 94 DC4 integra
Needless to say I had to buy it. !
First time driving her to work
I picked it up with a freshly swapped B20B stock internals, boosted 10lbs on greddy 18g turbo. Skunk2 throttle body and skunk2 catback.
Just added the Type R lip to it as well 😬
Along with fixing the wiring harness for my side marker. 🖕🏼
Not much but is still a work in progress.

Hi There,
Been looking at the forum for a while now, I am Pete, 32 from Perth, WA.
Driving a 1993 Honda Civic GLI Hatch. I've swapped the stereo for a Sony Head unit and have 2 6 x 9 Speakers sitting on the back shelf. I'm looking to replace the front speakers in the next couple of months. and going to hopefully bring this car up to good running order again.
There will be posts from me asking what parts are and asking for how to do... if that's okay?

Hi! My name's Michael.
I'm an Aussie owner of a 2007 Honda Civic Sport! They're mad. I don't know what trim it'd be in the US, but she's a beauty.
The sound system's broken, but the car's mechanically A1 and I love it! Looking forward to modifying her and building something great!

Re: Member Introductions
Hey all! I've been lurking around for sometime now after riding in a buddy's boosted EG. I finally took the plunge. I bought an '89 LX Sedan with a 5 speed. Looks to still have the original D15B2 it came with from the factory (293k miles). Not really sure what I want to do as far as modifications yet, just working on getting the maintenance items back to spec (replaced both axles, changed oil, MT fluid, starting on badly rusted exhaust next) before trying to make it go faster. What I do know is that I'd like to have somewhere in the neighborhood of 160-200whp and I want to keep A/C + power steering. If possible, my ideal way to get that kind of power would be a turbo. Right now I am trying to research which engine is going to best for my application and be able to reliably get that kind of power out of a DD, as it is my understanding that the D15B2, even with the MPFI conversion, is not cut out for a turbo. If you guys have any suggestions on engines or mods, please don't be shy!
Thanks!
Thanks!
