Sure.
Supercharging would work fine. Your compression is rather high, but if you get a good tune then you will be fine. Check out this site.

In the dyno section of the forum there are many Type-r and B16's that are making decent power on a Jackson Racing supercharger. Many people go with the LHT performance intercooler to get the intake temps down. Roots blowers like the Jackson suffer from some insane intake temps after 8psi.
Jackson Racing kits can be found for around $1500 used. There is a HUGE thread on this in the Forced Induction section. I recommend looking there. You will find all your answers.

wat kind of tune would he hav to go with a hondata s200 setup or chrome .. or can he just run on a base map... and would 450cc injectors be fine im running almost the same setup but my compression is 12.1 and its my first time supercharging...brand new lsvtek with the bottom end built and alll lmk thank..
