Default GSR crank LS block

So i did alot os searching and reading about this combo,Iunderstand that this will yeld less TQ but the reson for me doing this is that i may beabel to get a set of forged internals *used know some one that has some* and get the GSR crank too so i can just put it in my LS block. I wold go LS forged internals but that wold requyer more time and money being that the GSR parts are local.

MY question how much TQ loss will i be seeing here? will it be the same as a GSR now? or closer to a B17..
