Default Starter problem.

So I bought TylerC161's prelude, I'm sure some of you know/ have seen it. Anyways it wont start, he said that the starter died on it, well yesterday the starter just started working and it cranked right up with no problem or anything. Now it wont work again. So now it could be the ignition, starter relay?, wiring, or starter solenoid right? (is there anything else that could be wrong?) I am pretty positive the battery is fine and is putting out enough volts. Thing is... I do not really know how to deal with this problem, I have never dealt with something like this before. I honestly dont really know what the solenoid looks like, or where the starter relay is (i know its somewhere under the steering wheel but yeah).

Anyone have any ideas on how to check to find where the problem is?
If you know the car and would like to help it would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the pictures he took of the car that I have...

You can check the main relay. I think you're calling it a starter relay - but do a search for 'main relay' here in the archives to find out the location and how to change or repair it. It's easy to change, and easy to repair if you have a soldering iron.
It usually acts up when it gets hot outside and the solder joints expand.
