Default m2b4 trans

What are the two 1/4 inch rubber lines on top of the trans where the speed sensor is

are you talking about those two tubes that stick out near the vss? If so, i heard those are for the power steering...

two rubber lines next to the speed sensor on top where the diff is. power steering? if so plug them up?

it goes into your vss to tell how much the power steering needs to work depending on the speed you are goin.

The motor is going in a 97 accord. what year trans is this? will this set off the c.e.l if not used.

no, it will not set off the CEL...you can either leave it open or closed, it really doesn't matter. I left mine open. the tranny is off a jdm 4th gen lude with LSD.
