sounds like a cylinder isnt firing. do a compression test on all 4 cylinders, check voltage to each spark plug, check spark plugs.

are you sure your firing order is right? pull each spark plug wire when its running and see if the rpms lower or rise in all four cylinders. i'd also get someone with a computer and chrome pro to check what the sensors on the motor is telling the ecu.

May be a dumb suggestion but mine sounded like "subaru" at one time and it was because the spark plug wires weren't in the proper spots. So did you check to make sure your wires are going to the correct spots on both areas?

Ya the firing order is right, it doesn't run rough necessarily like if the firing order was off, it feels like its either has a slight misfire or maybe map isn't reading air flow at times? So its getting too much fuel. I don't really know how to explain it, I'm going to make sure everything is tdc this weekend and test map probably.
