Default Wiring issues

Guys,

So I just purchased this 97 prelude SH. The power door locks don't work unless the ignition is on, neither does the dome light. The previous owner installed a bunch of strobe lights by himself and a lot of the lights in the car are messed up. What do you think he did to cause this problem and what can I do to reverse this?

Thanks.

lets see here, a list of potential problems/consequinces of installing strobe lights:
1)getting wayyy too much *****
2)winning all the races
3)looking m4d p1mp y0

haha

now, on a more serious note, your strobe syndicate probably shorted out a lot of wires while installing deh str0bz

also, those things probably pull a lot of amperage, so i could imagine that the wiring harnesses and fuses made for the systems he tapped into could be fried due to being overloaded

Start by tracing the wiring from all those funky *** strobes to find where his electrical tape/chewing gum wiring job is causing the problems.

My friend suggested that the accessory position of the ignition switch could be burned out. What do you guys think?
