Default 5th gen, bad misfire issue

I was driving to work the other night and when I stopped at a light after about an hour of driving my car started misfiring, when I started taking off it bogged for a second then drove normally and pulled to 60 as usual.

I go to leave work and it runs fine for about 30 seconds then I stop at a stop sign and again, slight misfiring and bogged take off.

I keep driving and get to a light and it started misfiring rapidly at idle(like a machine gun, also engine was shaking a bit kind of like it had a lope) and then a rough take off then drives normally after I hit around 2000 rpm.

It did this intermittently on my hour drive home, sometimes it did it and sometimes not. Drives fine after initial take off(power is normal and what not) and has a small misfire very randomly(barely happened) around 2k rpm if I cruised at that rpm

Edit: pulled cel codes. #20 and #67. 20 is because I disabled the ELD to get full voltage. So what's 67? Says bad cat but I wouldn't think that would cause this.
What are a list of things to look at?

Edit #2: pulled plugs, #2,3,4 all had white hook things(don't know the term) and black around the edges all the waway around right below that . Felt greasy like oil around the threads on #3 and 4. And the boot on 3 had brown residue that smelt like gas/oil

Edit #3 drove it hard and got codes 71-74 so all cylinders misfiring

Have you checked the ignition timing?

Have you done a compression test to see compression?

Have you pulled the distributor cap to see if all of the contacts inside are still good and don't have built up crud on them or Ive even seen them completely ground sharp. Check the edge of the distributor button as well to see if it is completely toasted.

If all is well and your battery has a full charge you should be getting a solid blue spark on each spark plug wire ( can be tested with a spark tester )

Make sure no one fiddled with injector plugs and got them mixed up
Or the spark plug wires...

Id check all the basics. Compression, Spark, Fuel

Good luck

Try the ignition control module. This was happening to me too. Iso your tachometer jumping at all?
