Default Callmetree19 dd project 99rd1

. I got another boring car and it happens to be a small suv.
I lucky up and trades my NA Miata and picked up a 99 rd1 crv, it's fully load, RTAWD.
Bone stock high comp b20 with 164k(back in 7/14) on factory trans and motor. I didn't want to slam it so I'm going to lift it.....

Plans:
-Full motor over haul
-freshing up the front end
-2" lift with new struts, I might make spacers to give me more lift.
-black housing head lights
- make a bull bar with l.e.d pods
-15% tint
-small system
-1320 performance ls/b20 awd header
Maybe some more crap

All stock picture:

What do you know about that factory picnic table

after doing a little soft roadimg I found my factory diff was making a weird sound when it locks.

Drain the diff and found this and was greeted with a love smell

Left: new OEM dual pump right: what came out
The person before me did know about changing the dual pump fluid.. I'm about 80% sure the clutch packs In the diff are hurt alone with the pump. I'll soon be looking for a new one or a rebuild kit.
Also I did my plugs......

Finally the good stuff.. I've had this laying around. But it's one of the major parts of my lift kit. I want to give CRVLLift Kit: Honda CRVLLift Kit and Components a huge thanks! They sold me my old emu lift kit. It's a 1.5 and a 1.75 rear lift. It's a common way to lift the rd1/2, great ride all around with very little to no sag in the rear.

Hopefully I can get my crv to look better then this one.

Small stupid update. I came across a set of OEM floor mats for six dollars! But they were super nasty and I'm pretty sure had blood from the wreck. But they cleaned up well.

Also got my struts today!!

If everything works out I'll have my wheels on Sunday and my windows tinted today

Looks good man, what size are the tires? I've got a green 2000 CR-V, love the color. I put on a set of the OEM side bars but i'm not sure I like them. I put the CMM lift spacers on, but the side bars take away from the lifted look.

Thanks, they are 215/75/15 on a 15x8 -16. The side bars grew on me and I wish I never sold mine, but at the same time it takes away from the lift.
