Default tire recommendations

looking for a good tire for 205/50/15. car will be daily driven, see some rain as well. but i would really like it to grip in dry summer weather. what would you guys recomend from experience? ive thought of the Falken Azenis RT-615 but dont know how they handle in the rain or how long it would last.

edit: also im used to getting z rated tires for my domestics, would i want/need a z rated tire for a fwd civic?

you don't need anything with a speed rating faster than you're gonna go, z i believe is 180 mph, i doubt you're gonna get any of our hondas that fast. they're easy to get around 120, though.

i think the z is rated 149+ problem is that ive had v rated before and the compound is harder so i felt a difference in grip. but this is on a rwd car.

I got 205/50/15's Advan AO43's. They are very grippy with a strong sidwall and very good wet traction. i think they are like 150 each or something.

kumho 711's or 712's. 712's grip a little better, but the 711's last a lot longer

Grips good. Only got them for the front, but I could definitely tell the difference from old Goodyear tires. For the money you are not gonna get a better tire. TW is 320. I haven't driven it in the rain yet. It's about 90+ degrees all year where I live

if youre a baller on a budget then go with the kumho's. Pretty good grip, weak *** sidewall, but they are long lasting too.

the dunlops listed above, are a buck cheaper, and seem to have a better review then the 712s. stiffer sidewall too.

can anyone with the 712s tell me how the wet traction is?
