If your trunk is filling with water it is the foam gaskets behind the taillights. You can make your own with foam from any craft store. trace the old ones onto new foam and reinstall , adding some silicone where the gasket meets the body.
If your taillight is filling with water it is the seal between the taillight housing and taillight lens. You can heat them up, seperate them, remove old caulk,and recaulk, or just caulk over the old stuff if your lazy.
