water in taillights

water in taillights
fuse blew to my brakelights so i was checkin it out and in the housing there was like an inch of water in it the far small bulb blew into pieces and the big brake/tail light one had water inside of the bulb and it was like blue i was checkin it out couldnt find where there might be a leak at-- holla back

More than likely it's a bad seal in the tail light. You can either: Re-seal it, or buy a new tail light. More than likely, I would chose the latter on this one.

just buy 2 new taillight gaskets per lens and then drill small holes at the bottom of the lights for drains and then put you lights back on

I had the same problem with my tailights so I broke down and bought new ones and new gaskets. Spendy though. I can get them for around 80 bucks a piece oem new.

My boy had that same problem, he soaked them in a tub of hot *** water for like twenty minutes. Then he pulled them apart, not sure with what and re-sealed it.
