I'v personally never seen the fitment of the innovative mounts. I would go with what you seen work and they show that it does work.
http://www.explicitspeedperformance.net/index.html
They sell everything you need for a h22 in a CRX. There is alot of good info on the page and they have used their own mounts and the hood closes without issues or anything. Which I see you have been there.
Quoted off the site
"The driver side axle for the EF is a 88-89 Acura Integra. The DA driver side axle is a 90-93 Acura Integra which is what it came with from the factory. You can get this at your local parts store. Remove the rubber balancer if it has one. "
"The EF custom passenger side axle is based off an 88-89 Acura Integra which has a Accord inner joint and 88-89 Acura Integra outer. Also the axle is 1/2" shorter on the shaft. For the DA 88-89 Acura Integra axle with an Accord inner joint. www.Raxles.com sells the axles. Ask for Marty and he will hook you up."
The EF/DA will use the 90-93 Honda Accord F series midshaft/halfshaft. 94+ may also work, not sure though. The models that will have the midshaft are Ex or Lx.
90-93 Honda Accord cable shifter assembly with cables. 94+ possibly too. 92+ Prelude will work also. You can mount the shifter assembly under the car to keep your factory console look.
EF/DA you will need to take off the PS pulley on the OEM crank pulley. This can be simply done by a machine shop on a lathe machine for real cheap.

Pretty much either mount kit you buy, you will have to use either those axle instructions or buy custom axles with those specs. No matter which mounts you get, this will not change the aspect of which axles are going to work with the trans you have and in your spindles and work properly.

yea tru, but it might be that innovative positions the engine in a slightly diffrent way than esp, i just dont wanna buy the mounts and then have that special made axle from raxles not work, it'll suck, thats why i wanna know what people that have innovative mounts used. but thanks anyways i guess ill just risk it.

The harmonic balancer on the axles are even placed just right (no rubbing). ~$390 shipped.

I've never bothered with an obd2 h22 and am unsure if there are any structural differences when placing it in a crx. As far as the obd1 (92-95/96?) h22, you don't 'need' to cut out that passenger side mount (I REALLY wish I kept it) - the motor will fit that that factory mount still in place. You can keep it there, remove the battery tray and with the innovative mounts you CAN re-use the battery tray bolts to hold the mount in place. It's just recommended that you weld that mount bracket in.

Are you doing this swap yourself? If so, just drop the engine in and you'll see that the stock passenger side transmission mount bracket clears.

Re: innovative mounts h22 crx, wat axles??
h22 crx im in the middle of this swap here is what u need to know
1) innovative mounts are good but your hood will be propped up in the back u use a da teg driverside axle and a custom passenger side made by raxles 170.00
2) as far as obd2 h22a4 u will have to make a bracket for the accord mid shaft it does not blt on the h22 a4 beacause of the atts setup
3) as far as esp thats the kit im using, minimal axle binding, and stock hood clearance and no pounding on fir wall or frame rail
4)crank pulley will either have to be shaved down at machine shop 50 bux or buy an aftermarket single drive crank pulley like i did u can get them from unorthodoxracing 180.00 shipped
5)i know that you will also have to have a traction bar it will not clear radius rods thats another 300.00 and alternator bracket so for the money ESP IS THE WAY TOGO U GET EVERYTHING FOR THE SWAP EXCEPT AXLES WIRING ETC ETC FOR 780.00 SHIPPED
6)you can either use prelude or accord shifter assembly but you cannot mix and match so make sure you get it all from same car.
i hope this helps
