Having problems with code 4:
Hopefully someone can help me out:
<u>Setup:</u>
b16a - obd0
pr3 - ecu (chipped)
Vortech S/C 9psi - Watercooled
Had a MSD coil, but put the stock honda ignition back on.
450cc injectors, BRE
ngk 7
timing was boucing around 15.5*
<u>Problem:</u>
Well after the car sitting for nearly 1 year, I took it to the dyno to be tuned. The car fires up fine revs to about ~3500rpm and basically hits a brick wall. We check the code and it's #4. Try a few things, but couldn't get it to rev past the 3500rpm mark. I've changed the dist. with one that was working properly already as we felt the first unit may have been defective, nothing. We've also tried disabling the cel with BRE to no avail. That leaves me here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 2500 or 3500 rev limit is the "limp home mode" and you're stuck at it because code 4 is the crank angle sensor - the ecu doesn't know what position the crank is at so it's limping you.
I don't have my manual with me, but there are two wires that go to your Dizzy (where the CAS is) - either they've come unplugged, gotten a short/break or something there.
Look at a manual, find where those two wires come from the ECU then check the continuity from the ECU to the Dizzy.
