Default crx window regulator fix

does this look like the stock mounting points for the regulator or does it look like somebody altered the holes? does anybody have a picture of how they are supposed to look?

they havd been altered. but looks like it might have been for power windows. i know on my power window regulators i had to drill out 2 holes for it to bolt up.

That's because you mounted yours upside down when you reversed the regulators. Mine bolted in using the 4 holes.

OP - Sadly yours definitely were drilled out, on the plus side though is that they aren't horrible you could probably get away just using some washers to take up the extra gap.

you can use the 3rd gen prelude powerd ones by switching the rails and use the left on the right and right on the left and they bolt right up

ehh i think using washers or anything the holes are big enough that after using it the regulator will move and jam the window up.

UUUMMMMM, NO. i mounted the power window motors upside down, not the regulators.

To the OP. just get some pices of metal, like suggested above use washers, that are big enoug to cover the holes and extend out far enough to spread the pressure points out other wise when you roll your window up/down then it will cause stress and eventually break off.

My drivers side door looks like this. The previous owner used washers to fix it. I didn't need the washers when I converted to power cuz they use the holes that weren't mangled exactly like your car.
