Default 91 CRX H22A1 swap loss all battery voltage when trying to start

I have a 91 CRX with a H22A1 swap the car had been sitting for a few days and i went to try to start it and the battery was low and could crank the engine enought to start it as i was holding the key to the start position i heard a light pop sound and i lost all battery voltage now no lights no relay clicking nothing i know its a good battery i have check all my fuses everywhere and the main relay is good its like there is not even a battery hooked up to it I am at a loss i have checked all my wires and ground everywhere it has a full wire tuck and most of everything is in the passenger floor board including the computer i am to the point that i think i might have shorted out my comuter but before i go buy one i was wanting to know if any one had any recomendations.

ok so battery voltage was low you said...and starting is the biggest drain on the battery...personally i would be charging the battery back up to adequate charge rather than leave it low, the other thing i would also be checking is the terminals being tight or not.

that light pop sound might have been a fuse.
is there a fusible link somewhere in the 12v leading to the battery?

Sounds like you have a bad ground at your battery. Where did you ground it since you relocated it? And what other grounds do have in your engine bay?

That test won't work if your battery's ground is shitty though. Double check where you grounded it because if the surface was painted and you had to sand it down, it's possible you only sanded to the primer and not clean, bare metal.
