Default 96 d15 fit into 95 dx

I have a 1995 Honda civic dx with d15b7 I need a new motor and there is a 96 d15 will it just plug a play or do I need to change harness and ecu?? PLEASE HELP!!

you will need to make the 96 engine like the 95 engine. swapping over injectors, alternator and distributor. once it is bolted into the car you will use the 95 engine harness and ecu once it is bolted into the car
