vacuum leak at master cylinder/brake booster?

Default vacuum leak at master cylinder/brake booster?

theres a noticeable hissing sound of a vacuum leak near the bottom of the master cylinder/brake booster. would problems would that cause? and also what would i need to fix the problem

You will probly have to replace the brake booster. You will have a really stiff pedal, and your brakes will not stop you well without alot of pressure.

In other words, there is eather a leak in your brake booster or you just have a crack/cut in the vacuum line going to it.

PS..if you have zero money, and there is a crack in the booster itself, sometimes JB weld or even duct tape will work as a temp fix.

i see, ima try to find the leak and jb weld it first to see if it stop haha thanks for the help!
