Can you safely mix synthetic with dino? do half and half? does it defeat the purpose?

I wouldn't but if you are low on oil and its all you have, it beats have not enough oil..
Whether it's safe or not i cant say anything but, i wouldn't.

using too much seafoam can fry your rings because it takes all the lubercation off the cylinder walls... thiers a post about it... search. id only use it if u have high mileage...

I wouldnt use seafoam, you can kill your rings fast with that crap.

Exactly what I was thinking haha. I have a Y7 block swap anyways, so the block is young. I didn't think it was a need, they just made it sound like necessary. I have some super heavy duty FI cleaner the dude at Autozone gave me for my old Probe. I might pop it in the Civ. Apparently, it's like old school and if you hate your neighbor, this is what you use to peel his paint.

it will lol, same thing with break fuild...

We seafoamed 2 of my friends cars at the same time and the amount of smoke, spooked a neighboor and she called cops and fire department showed up lol

Think that Pennzoil Ultra has any hype behind it? I'm hesitant to stray away from my HM oil to try this "factory clean oil". Any Opinions?

Yea, well they a commercial with a ferria in it lol, my friends dad will not use anything besides penzoil.. There are other oils that have been around for a long time that can clean your enigne, They may just be saying "factory clean" I guess what i am saying is i dont belive it untill i see proof.

Same here. I used Penny in my Probe but was afraid when I started hearing more Penny wax horror stories than I wanted to. I'm going to give the Civ a change with Quaker HM soon. Quaker seems like ***** to the wall crap.

honda dealers use castrol and thats what i use in all my acura's n honda's
