Default Sprays of water being forcefully blown out of my EJ1 exhaust

This one has me somewhat stumped.. 95 EJ1, auto. D16Z6 that comes in the EJ1.

Basically: There are "sprays" of water, sometimes long and streamy but they all float (almost like soap,) coming out of the exhaust. It does this all day.

I believe Head Gasket causes this?

What do I next do...

*it will sometimes change to "steam" without the water, but sometimes goes to the sprays I describe.

This is supposed to stop when all the condensation in the exhaust goes away, so I believe I may have a problem. What does HT think?

*I would post video, but I need to get my phone back for that.

Are you adding coolant to the radiator?

Make a exhaust clip and post it up.

ATM it smells like regular stinky exhaust. I suppose I should re-evaluate after coolant is added?

Does it smell sweet? Or like rotten eggs?

^^ It was Head Gasket, or something producing exact same result. Oil cap was off to promote sealing of the Blue Devil Pour N Go. Sealed it before the bottle was even done pouring (full hot engine, have full 50/50 AF/water ethylene glycol green coolant, poured while running.. stopped before bottle poured.. oil cap off, drove to work.. no lights.. oil 1qt over full.)

Cooling now. Im out at 3:30AM. Closing sunroof because feels like rain.
