Default so i want an aggressive cam, your help pls

i have a b16a and i have stage3 cams, and those cams appear to have bent my valves, so im taking those out, putting in titanium retainers and sprigs and i want to get a oem honda cam, that is more aggressive than the b16a cams, now ive heard that the gsr camshafts are pretty aggressive for the b16. is this true?

if its a b16 i believe that type r cams will fit due to that fact that the type r head and the b16 head are made from the same casting. as far as gsr cams i would say they will not fit in a b16 head

you just said you have a stage 3, keep that do your titanium retainers and sprigs.... endo story. they only reason they bent is cause you should have done that in the first place.

im pretty sure at the tip, the cylinder compression test is as such

cyl#1-120 psi
cyl#2-185 psi
cyl#3-100 psi
cyl#4-185 psi

so im still getting compression, just not as much as i should be getting, whatever is bent, you probably cant even see it with your eyes.

sometimes its better to listen, or read forums

cuz not everything that ppl say is true.
I remember when i got my vitara pistons and i went to my friends-fathers-friends-shop (LOL) becuase hes supposedly very good, and hes like YA VITARA PISTONS ARE ****, anything aluminum is ****, ACL bearings are the most **** bearings ever, unless your giong to sleeve and balance the motor and used forged pistons i wont even build that piece of ****. So im like ok well **** YOU becuase your AN IDIOT, and have a nice day. And i walked out. Took it to another shop who was like "ya i build a bunch of vitara builds, they seem to be pretty solid, nobody has complained yet, even though they are aluminum pistons". SO ya.

Gsr cams will fit in a b16 head and will make alil more power (especially down low) on a na b16 and will make alot more power on a turbo'd b16. You must use DUAL valve springs on a type r cam (exhaust side only because you already got em on the intake) or for stage 3 cams. Vitara FTW!!!

SRS=safety restraint system jk aside...

anyways if you dont want to rebuild the head, then look into some ctr/2000-01 ITR intake cam and all years ctr and itr exhaust cam.

i have a set of itr's and can ship free and ill even add $100 for those stage 3's.

pics WILL be included and i expect the same from your end too
