Default serious b16 swap troubles

ok heres the problem, had a few vac. leaks and took care of those, so i have no vac. leaks now, car cold idles fine right at 2k, but when it is warm and the idle drops it just dies... tried to get it to idle using the screw but i have to turn it ALL the way out to get it to idle at like 200 sometimes it throws a code 14 (iacv) and sometimes not, i switched it with another good known working ecu and it did the same thing (minus the cel, but i didnt want to run it too long since i was running my b16 off a p05 lol)...

car cold idles fine, but when the idle drops to what should be normal, it jsut dies, ive already screwed in the fitv all the way and cleaned it so im sure its not that(ive even bypassed it to see what would happen, and same problem only with a messed up cold idle)...

anyone have any ideas?

iacv is getting 6v of power, havent tested the tps but the map is ok i switched it out for a known good one and it was good...

im running the CX fuel pump so iono if that matters, i know its not good, but jus checking, plugs did look a little lean...

compression test was 195 all the way across on a hot engine with throttle wide

heres my setup if its necessary:

1992 cx hatch
jdm 2nd gen b16a
aebs intake manifold
cold air intake
ractive header and full 2.25" exhaust with no cat
pr4 ecu converted to p28 socketed and chipped with p30 maps by j-ktuning

any help would rule, at this point i am now removing the whole intake mani again and cleaning everything and replacing gaskets and whatever needs to be done, someone help i need to find out whats up with this
