Replacing Lug nut studs
I need to know how to replace the lug nut studs on my 93 civic EX coupe's front disc brakes. I took the tire, the brakes and the axle bolt off. Now I'm stuck. The disc that holds the studs wont come off and I cant just knock them out b/c theres something behind them that stops them. If anyone has a clue to what I'm talking about or has done this for my model car before any help would be appreciated. thanks

Re: Replacing Lug nut studs (AlizeVS)
you need a press, or some creativity there are a few threads on how to do this
you have to press the wheel bearing out, which holds the hub and the spindel together

this is what you need to remove the hub from the spindle: http://www.thetoolwarehouse.ne....html that's what I used to remove my hub from the spindle, in order to get to the broken wheel stud on my car. cheap price too
