Hey everyone i have a quick question ..(yes i searched .. some of it helped but not a clear answer )

I washed my car and planned on using a clay bar and then a good waxing but when i was done washing the car I was completely blind to the fact that i bought some wash-wax cleaner...i meant to buy straight car wash.

So i didnt clay the car because i figure its got a thin coating of wax like substance on it now...whats a good way to remove this light wax so i can use some straight plain car wash ?

That is most likely the quickest way, dish soap is pretty harsh and will take it right off.

Perfect thanks guys !...I was so angry when i realized it was the wash/wax kind ..so i just use dish soap and a wash sponge or should i use a shoft scrub brush ?

I would just use a normal wash mitt/sponge like you usually would. The detergent in the dish soap should be strong enough. Im not positive, but since its a wash/wax I cant really see it leaving a thick layer... but I could easily be wrong. Dawn/Palmolive + wash mitt/sponge should work.
