Bleed the system until theres 0% air bubbles coming out, than bleed it one more time...
You can also adjust your clutch pedal up under where ur pedal is at, theres a nut on a bolt that holds ur clutch pedal from going to far forward and backward, adjusting that sometimes makes it seem a bit stiffer...

Stiffer like it used to be? Stiffer like it should be? Dun get it.
If it isn't as stiff/hard LOL as it sould be a bleeding is in order. Next I would question the slave cylinder and next the clutch master cylinder.
