Default My Starter Broke at the bolt

as the title states, my starter broke on my coupe today.. i changed the clutch a week ago, and as i was putting everything back together, i couldnt get the bottom starter bolt to sit back in the block..it wouldnt thread or anything, after about 4 hours of trying, i just said expletive it and left the starter with only one bolt.. car started fine about 10 times, but today it gave up on me and broke right at the bolt.. has anyone had this problem and any ideas on how to acommodate another starter.. by maybe re-threading? i dont want to be stuck push-starting the car, and another starter would defeat the purpose, the problem doesnt lie in the starter, it lies in the block, and why the bottom bolt will not thread, everything lines up fine..someone please help!!!
