Sparks from Starter mounting bolt?

Default Sparks from Starter mounting bolt?
When we go to crank the car up it goes to turn over but there are sparks coming from the starter top mounting bolt... HELP

Get rid of that starter, for starters. Must be arching through the housing some how. At least try a new one for God's sake!
