Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Everything is looking great man. Awesome job on the bay. Did you weld in your unused holes? It looked as if there were a lot less once you had the paint on.
This is very inspiring and your progress is unreal. Looking at the timeline you must work your *** off. Keep it up.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Thanks.
Thank you.
Yea I am in the process of moving so money and time are both tight. I just finished making a custom rear harness for the car since I had to order a EX coupe harness to replace mine and the taillight wiring and what not doesnt fit right. Pics will be up soon. I am also attempting to make an HVAC and radio block off plate out of either acrylic or fiberglass.
Thank you.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Nothing new here just took better pictures and thought I would post them.
Thinking about mounting the fusebox here but I may mount it underneath my airbag delete tray instead.
Integra dash mounted in car. I will be switching the VEI gauge out for an AEM oil pressure gauge as soon as I get around to it.
And the port work I did to my head.

Thanks man.
They are all the originals suspension arms, I cleaned and degreased them before they were media blasted and powdercoated.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
And since I posted things I got motivated to make some progress and mounted my hardrace toe kit....
And started sanding the car for bondo and primer...
Previous owner had a wrap around wing on here that he then ripped off an left gobs of bondo and two big rusty holes on each side...
Thats all for today, so far I have 90% of the passenger side and the roof ready for primer except for the holes and what not.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Got this back today
I shaved it myself and took it to American Stripping, the same people who did my suspension arms, and they did a great job with the powder coating. I originally wanted the Mugen ignition wire cover but now I don't want to cover up that much of the valve cover. Any suggestions?

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Thanks buddy, thats what I was going for. I didn't really check my work with a real wet coat of primer after putting bondo into what I shaved off so I was worried a ridge might show through but it is smooth and looks OEM minus the HONDA stamped on it.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Valve cover looks great! I didnt know you could use bondo under powder coating. I wouldnt hide anything on that baby. Mattress needs a skirt. Otherwise, everything looks good.

Re: My 94 Hatch Rebuild Thread
Small update for now.
Stoptech blanks I got. I have laid down primer on the interior of the car so I will update that as soon as I finish the base and clear coats.
