The pictures are not very clear though, but it seems to be the hot/cold air mix motor attached with the lower part of the heater core box. This actuator is only available in cars having auto climate control heater/ac panels.
The lower one shrouded in black plastic cover is the srs control unit.

Is there a way to tell if my civic has keyless entry without taking the dash off so I dont buy a remote and cant program it
