There is no way to prevent it from being stolen unless you don't buy one. there are lots of things you can do to make it harder for a thef so they say F*** THAT. and leave your car alone or just try to steel something else on it.
You can move to the woods where there are no one within a 100miles between houses and there are only dirt roads and tractors that way you will have a lot less chance of getting them stolen.

There are always less chance to have unique parts to be stolen

Because all you need is more leverage to break it.
Most ricer tow hooks are anodized aluminum. You aren't going to weld that to steel, ever. So it is not possible to weld it to the frame.
You can use security screws, here's a hint, search google for "security screws"
I'm going to say this again
ALUMINUM CANNOT BE WELDED WITH STEEL.
It is not physically possible.
You can try to find a steel tow hook that is not ricer bling, but then what's the point, because your car already has them.
Besides, tow hooks make it easier for thefts to put your car on a trailor.

We had ours held in with a ball lock pin. We remove the tow hook when the car was ready to go into the water box.
Oh yea, that's right, our car is a real race car.
