yea really. that is ULTRA cheap. hell a first gen b16a shipped from hmotors is still more than $1600. how they would make any proft charging so little for the swap is beyond me. makes me wonder if its stolen....

Check the VIN on the motor...sounds like it belongs to somebody else, or it's beat.

Here's some legit prices (in stock): http://www.inlinefour.com/motors.html

That motor on the top is the same one I have in my ride - '99 Si...

Here's a list of motors IL4 normally sells: http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib...t.jpg

Just do it the right way and order a full swap from hmotors and do it yourself. I got my second gen b16a from them for $2600 shipped.
You cant really beat it with compression results like this. 225psi across the board

Yea yea I just ordered a GSR swap from hmotors and not only are they a legit company but they are very helpful and it seems like they do everything they can to help the customer out. If you can go with them I would definitely recommend them!! btw that seems like a very cheap price for that motor, hopefully it works out for you, but you better check everything out frst

yeah, my bro's buddy owns the shop. I'm thinking there giving me a discount. Ima make sure the motors legit first. Yeah and my girl's uncle is a mechanic and he can get discounts on a gank of stuff. I could get me some oem ep3 si seats for $100 each if I wanted too.

Why dont you just ask the guy whats going on? Ask him why hes giving you such a good price. That would be the first question that i would ask.
