Default how to check if i have a bad transmission mount?

Ive been doing some reading around due to hearing a constant thud type sound that's coming from underneath the car and I see a lot of posts pointing towards the transmission mount going bad.
I'd be kind of surprised if it is the transmission mount due to having poly mounts (can't remember the aftermarket brand off the top of my head) but in the same I can tell my shifting has gotten a lil clunky, it only thuds when I accelerate, alignment seems fine and I did have the alignment checked two months prior to this problem occurring and everything checked out fine.
I also have to double clutch to put it into fifth gear. I know double clutch sounds cheesy, but it's what I have to do.
Another example as to why I'm pointing towards the transmission mount is I went through two brand new axles within months. Which kind of boggled me due to ninety percent of the time I drive my car pretty civil simply because I want it to last.
Sooo on that note, is there way to check the mount without actually pulling it off of the car? If not, that's fine, but is there anything I should be looking for?
The car generally shifts pretty decent, doesn't grind but here n there but I think that's mostly due to my error out of being tired from training and not sticking my foot all the way down on the clutch. Who knows, I'd like to think that my transmission is fine, but I figured I'd start small first.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

CAR INFO: 95EJ1, b16a2, typeR trans, standard bolt ons, car has almost 200k...if there's anything else I need to include I will...thanks again.

Does your shifter noticeably move if you suddenly take your foot off the gas?

i can't see it going through 2 axles that quickly, even if it had a bad rear mount. do you have torque mounts on the car? does the motor sit right in the engine bay?

I never took notice to the shifter moving when I let off of the gas, but that'll be something I check out when I goto the gym tonight...as for the engine sitting in the bay the right way...I thought it was, ho would I check to see if it's sitting there the right way?

Just an update if anybody cares, I was able to get my car up on a lift and the transmission mount seemed fine and dandy. What wasn't fine and dandy was that my gear oil was pretty much empty, which is what I'm assuming was making the noises and why my transmission was acting the fool.
I don't know why my gear oil was empty, I didn't see any residue to where my transmission was leaking, but now i'll be keeping an eye on it. Only reason I thought of doing my gear oil was I did some google searching and somebody else was claiming to have a similar problem.
I appreciate the help though fellas. I figured you all deserved an explanation on what was going on. Thanks again.

always good to have a followup

You really should get oil in it ASAP though.

awe yeah definitely, I put Honda MTF in it as soon as it I got it in (Amazon Prime owns me lol). Shifts a lot smoother and doesn't make the noise that it was making anymore. Luckily for me I don't beat the snot out of my car, because I'm assuming if I did, I wouldn't have much of a transmission left. #Hondareliability
