Default help on headlights

okay, i have a 92 civic si. my dims worked fine for a while....then they just went out, and only my brights work....the switch doesnt latch for the brights so i have to hold them on. the bulbs are good i just put new ones in. so im thinking it might be the wiring or the sockets? any suggestions? thanks.
