Default Headlight problem 92 hatchback si...

When i turn on my headlights, it does not come on right away. It takes about 2-5 mins then it comes on. Anyone have any idea why this happens? Any Help is appreciated. It gets annoying at night time when i got to go somewhere, but have to wait for my headlights to come on before i drive TIA

check if its grounded properly. my friends used to work then sometimes it didnt, cause the ground was loose.
