Your engine does not have an EGR valve.

kind of but not really it sounds like its got a small miss when its sitting idling and when the engines cold and its idling it revs up and then drops down and back up and it does that until the engines in the normal operating temperature which ive figured it was just a vacuum leak but im really just basically trying to figure out anything i can do with out spending much money to get a little bit more power out of my engine ........

Any CEL codes?

Try cleaning the FiTV and IACV, and also bleed the cooling system.

Fix code 17, but the idle problem is probably a separate issue.

yea im gonna try this weekend and replace the vacuum lines all the hoses are original from 92 so im sure it wouldnt hurt to replace them i figured its got to be a vacuum leak basically just because i just put new plugs wires cap n rotor on it with in the last month and it did it even when i put the new ones on but would it also do it if the timing was off by a tooth? i had to change the water pump on it about 2 months ago i was really careful not to turn the crank or cam but just wondering as an option of the fix
