Did you use an adapter harness? Check and see if any of your fuses are blown. If u didnt use an adapter harness. Does your cigarette lighter work?

Then you blew a fuse. Check them. All. Even the underhood ones. I also didn't ask if you used the orange wire. I asked if you wired up anything to the car's dimmer switch. Did you cut and splice wires or did you use a proper harness?

Re: eg light problem
the dimmer switch if not hooked up and shorts to ground it blows the fuse for the dash lights and parking lights. Sorry cant remember the number but it is in the under dash fuse block. I always cut and crimp a barrel connector to any unsued wires it to keep them from shorting out.

Is. There. An. Aftermarket. Wiring. Harness. Or. Are. The. Wires. Hacked. Up?
No one is going to be able to help you with this. The wiring has to be painstakingly traced and examined for shorts.

What? An aftermarket harness? I'm not talking about the car harness. Pics please.
I don't think you've checked all the fuses. This shouldn't have happened if all you did was swap decks. I've done it at least half a dozen times.
