You say distributor is "still good" as in "I tested the coil" and its tested to specs and I checked that I have 12v at the wire that feeds the ignitor when the key is on (II) and 12v is there?
"fuel pump is fine" does that mean that you are getting fuel to the injectors and you checked by disconnecting fuel line or spark plugs are wet with fuel or I removed fuel rail and injectors and they are spraying?
I would then check my timing belt for a break or to make sure the timing is still on and have not skipped a tooth or more.
Also I am assuming that your car cranks.

MA4MA:
If an engine won't crank, there are only a couple of reasons that would happen.
First: The started is not turning the engine for about a dozen possible reasons.
Second: The engine has seized and cannot be turned.
You can easily eliminate the second possibility by putting the car in neutral (handbrake!)getting a 17mm socket wrench, putting it on the harmonic balancer (behind the left front wheel), and turning the engine by hand. You should be able to crank the engine with a minor abount of force that varies depending on where it is in the cycle. If you think there is too much resistance, remove all four spark plugs and repeat. The engine's resistance should be much less, and much more regular. If this checks out, your problem is that the starter is not turning the engine.
Please do this test and report back what you found.

check your ground from thermostat to body, when did you last do your timing belt, open your oil cap and have someone try to start your car, look to see if your cam/s are spinning. if not timing belt broke.
