Default A/C always on with chipped ECU

Car is a 92 Civic Hatchback DX with a d15b vtec with a p28 ecu chipped with p08 fuel maps.

The ecu makes the AC compressor always be on, this was verify cause we swap out and put a stock p28 ecu and it will on turn on when AC was on. We also tried it with a p06 and p28 ecu chipped with hondata. I will add and attachment with what my mechanic came up with.

My question is will I need to get a new ECU or make my current one work?

Yes, the ECU is bad.

Is it safe to use until I get a different ECU or do I just stop using it? Everything else seems to be running fine.

If you don't mind the A/C running constantly, then it's fine. Or you could set up a toggle switch.

On second thought, you should unplug the compressor and disable it until you get the new ECU. The reason is that the compressor in it's current state can't be turned off by the thermostat. This will cause the evaporator to become encased in a block of ice.

Yeah that's what I ended up doing when the notice it was running with the AC off.
