dude you cannot post something like this and expect not to get flammed...
this is such an illegitimate post.... you are obviously not a very good driver if you have to have a certain kind of shoe in order to drive a standard trans car...
unless you are putting in time at the track you dont need specials shoes... I drive mine in house shoes, sandals, and work boots no problem

but I will be looking forward to more posts from you to lighten my day... thanks for the laughs man....

i prefer to wear skate shoes, gives me a more "raw" feeling if you will, however when i wear running shoes i still drive just fine, they just aren't as flexable and feel more clunky

well, there are shoes designed specifically for driving/racing.....they have a different sole and usually the sole wraps up the side of the shoe on the right foot so you can have better grip when heel/toeing........BUT i find that the only thing that affects my driving is how wide the shoe is......too wide, or too narrow make it more difficult for me.

Chuck taylors. Light shoes. They have to be grey though. Or else you won't shift good. Make sure to wear a white Hanes shirt as well with white Nike socks.

But on a serious note, this thread wasn't really needed. Just learn your car. Shoes don't really matter.

Simply owning a 99 civic doesn't qualify this as a valid topic in the 92-00 Civic forum.
