Default B16a2 dies out once the motor is warm

I have a 97 Civic LX with a b16a2, here's the problem.. At start up it idles between 1200-1500 rpms but once i hit normal operating temp idle goes to **** idling from 1200 rpms down to around 200 rpms and eventually just dieing out. What could be causing this? BTW i have a CEL for o2 sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Think you solved your own issue.. when mine went out id die right after i started to drive it.. never at an idle under load

Is CEL for primary or secondary O2 sensor?

Does the problem occur ONLY when engine is idling? Or also when driving?

Do a simple diagnostic test. Unplug primary O2 sensor. Test drive. Is problem gone?

Whoever did the swap didnt even bother putting the sensors on so there are no sensors. The CEL is for primary and secondary. The car is also running off of a GSR ecu. The car seems to idle fine until at operating temp then jumps from anywhere between 1200 down to 200 rpms until the car just stalls out. I cant even drive the car, it pretty much warms up as soon as i start driving then i have to keep my foot on the gas to keep the car running. I also have a chipped p28 which i dont think is good, or at least the chip might not be. When plugged in the idle is the same but doesn't stall out when warm but wont rev past 4500 rpms.

Install a primary O2 sensor and the proper ECU.

Just the primary plug. I have to wire in the secondary to the ECU
