could just be condensation. if you fill up your gas tank then it settles while your car sits all day, if it only gets driven a mile. ive seen alot of oil caps with white glue stuff in them thats just condensation accumulating

What have you done that makes you believe the head gasket is not blown? Did you drain the oil? You've got to wonder how the oil got pasty in the first place, right? I hope I'm wrong, but it seems highly likely that the head gasket is blown.

i drained the oil... and i dont think its blown cause if it was there should be a lot of white smoke comin out the exhaust and water as well, like b4, i had the problem one other time and there was smoke, water everywhere... cause of that, i lost a taurus lol....

Doesn't always happen that way. Sometimes it does, sometimes the exhaust gasses blow the coolant back through the cooling system and blows out through the overflow, sometimes coolant mixes with the oil. It all depends on where the gasket failed.

cooler or cold? Cooler but still hot, no problem. Very cool means the t-stat is not opening and you need to replace it. You may be losing coolant if the t-stat is not opened and the car is forced to put the extra pressure out your reservoir. Is the reservoir full?
