As the car should, avoid running it for now you're runing the risk of warping you'r head from the overheating. The white smoke would indicate the coolant being burnt and there's non except when warming up the car but i don't think that's coolant(normal for a car to do that on start up). could there be a leak somewhere any mily residue on you'r oil fil cap ?

no signs of a blown head gasket and oil is clean, when coolant is full the car runs fine but within a week the car runs out of coolant,so its the headgasket then, perfect timing to do my head swap.Do you know who makes a good head gasket, also planning to turbo the d16?

I'd go OEM Honda, you don't want a thin one if you'r boosting. but while you're at it just double check all the coolant hoses just to be safe.

control the water hoses, and stop the engine off but a piece of cardboard if it there's control of water points on the cardboard. And you can see if you lose the water of the bay motor

Um, what? Why did we jump straight to blown head gasket? Considering you have no smoke after your car warms up, it sounds more like you have a leak somewhere in your cooling system. Why are you going to jump straight to a time consuming repair without any diagnostic tests?

For starters, do a compression test. Follow that up with a block test. Tools for both tests can be rented at your local parts store. While you're doing that, attack your entire engine bay with some rags and Purple Power. Make the bay, and the entire engine, shine. That will make it a lot easier to spot leaks. Check primarily around your hoses, your thermostat housing, your intake manifold, and your water pump. In this week, how many miles are you putting on the car?

Hahaha. I was thinking the same thing jbpnoman. Why would you ever jump to the conclusion of a headgasket without testing?

Do a compression test. Super easy. If you have two cyclinders next to eachother lower than 10% compared to the highest reading, you have a bad headgasket.

Also it's easy to put a piece of cardboard under your car after you get done running your car put it under your car, let it idle a while longer, then shut it off and check it in the morning. Get an idea where the leak is coming from if that is what it is.

It could be as simple as a bad hose connection or a new radiator. A headgasket isn't necessarily an easy job so do other testing before jumping to conclusions.

Everything else I was going to say has already been said by jbpnoman
