Default 93 Del sol si smoke issue

93 del sol si D16z6
mods :
skunk 2 intake mani
4-2-1 header
cat delete and larger pipe to muffler

ive searched and cant find anything "visual" online to matchup to my issue
i have no valve seal experience but im sure i can replace them if thats the issue

i have a video of my particular problem here "this is actual video of my car"

on a cold start i have no noticeable smoke

while the car is cold and i blip the throttle i have no noticeable smoke
when hot and at running temp i have noticeable smoke ONLY when i come to a stop at a stop light it will blow smoke like in the video after i let the car idle down or when i blip the throttle while at a stop like in video

while engine braking downhill in all the rpm \ gears combos i have no real noticeable smoke
while taking off from a stop i have no noticeable smoke unless i previously stopped and then take off about 3 seconds after stopping " i think its just blowing out the smoke that was comming when i stopped anyways"
uphill any gear \ RPM ranges no noticeable smoke
VTEC engaged i have some smoke but i read thats normal ?
plugs 1 and 2 have buildup as tho there burning oil plugs 3\4 are normal

smoke colour is tinted blue and is obvious oil burning by the smell has a hint of gas but i have no cat and i read thats normal

due to my symptoms being that on a cold start theres no smoke and other clear symptoms that dont apply to me its hard to diagnose so im hoping one of you guys can key in ? maybe you suffered the same ?
im pretty confident its valve seals due to my smoking when i come to a stop after there will be alot of vacumn from the cylinders

just looking for some experienced confirmation im on the right track before i start the job
PS: i dont have a compression tester or leak down tools and read that a leak down still doesnt tell you or confirm its valve seals ... or even rings thanks for any help in advance

do a compression test then do it again with bit of oil down the there on top of the piston if you get a SIGNIFICANT change its the rings

if you get no change at all you have a bad valve

at least it will tell you if its the rings before you pull it apart

I'll see if I can borrow a compression tester
Yesterday tho the strangest thing ... I was low on oil so I decided to buy a liter
Decided to try some 10w40 instead of my usual 10w30
Poured a liter in which topped it off
So the ratio is 3 liters of 10w30 to 1 liter 10w40
The smoke is completely gone ... Can't even make it smoke by blipping the throttle
