Default Coolant pushing out

I'm getting tired of this problem.....
I've got a 2004 Honda Civic that's pushing coolant out of the radiator and into the overflow tank. It does it when its warm, but not necessarily overheated. It will continue to push it out, even to the point of overflowing the overflow tank.

We started with the easy stuff - 3 new thermostats, new radiator cap. Then pressure tested the head, and found no leak.

We took it to a Honda dealer who did an "acid test" and said that the radiator gases which were bubbling out showed signs of comtaining combustion gases. So, we had the head removed, machined smooth and new head gasket. But it's still doing the same thing.

Any ideas what to try next?

I had that same problem and had the head gasket changed, now it's all good again. Did you have the head checked for cracks?
