I got a 01 civic ex automatic. I was driving the car and it just shut off. will not turn over acts like a bad battery, when i put on jumper cables engine turns over very slow. I had the alternator and battery checked both are good. the engine turns over easy with a wrench. With a fully charged battery the engine will not turn over i have to hook up my battery booster and the engine turns over very slow.

Got it figured out was a bad ground. I purchased the car new never have done anything to it but the normal stuff. no idea how the ground got loose
