Bleeding Power Steering System 2003 Honda Accord EX 4cyl
We replaced the entire power steering system on my 2003 Honda Accord EX 4cyl including a new power steering pressure switch. We used all honda parts as well as honda power steering fluid. We followed the instructions that were given in the haynes manual which was fill the reservoir to the lower level. allow the car to run at fast idle, turn the wheels back and forth approximately 10-12 times without hitting the stops to bleed out the air. We noticed that the steering is working properly for the first few turns and then becomes very difficult. We can drive the car and as long at we are accelerating the power steering is fine. however at low speeds it is very difficult to turn. Any ideas on what we should do next?

make sure you check your fluid level, steer your wheel all the way to the left then all the way to the right for couple of times with the car jacked up. and check for any leaks you might have.
