'03 Honda Accord 4cyl Power Steering Moaning and Overflows When Vehicle is Turned Off
I have a 2003 Honda Accord 4cyl with over 280,000 miles. The power steering just started to moan and when I turn off the vehicle, foamy power steering fluid overflows out the cap of the fill reservoir. Is this caused by an O-ring needing replacing or do I need to replace the pump itself? or any other components?
