Am I losing Reverse?
So I have the 5AT in my 06 accord V6, and although I'm new to this forum I have picked up on the fact that the 5AT is garbage...But today as I was pulling out to head to class, shifting into reverse was rather LOUD, Loud enough for my roommate to hear it clearly when he was sitting in his Camaro. The transmission was cold ~65 degrees outside today. once I got to school ~15min drive shifting into reverse was nice and quiet again. Its never been this loud even when it was in the 30's..

My accord made sounds for a LONG time before it broke. Just dont try racing the Camaro and you should be fine.
if you dont know, there's an easily accessible trans filter for this model. You should st the least service the filter and drain the transmission and put 3 new quarts in. This is regular maintenance that is as important as changing your oil and oil filter.

I urge you to highly consider this
http://www.v6performance.net/forums/...placement.html
Honda now actually makes the Automatic transmission fluid passage that NVA-AV6 says needs to be custom made. Its actually not difficult, i thought it would be but it wasn't.

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...IPE+%28-+06%29
thats were to find all the parts necessary, You need the ATF Passage, the banjo bolts, pipe D and pipe e (14&15), and then the seals. Plus a transmission cooler kit you can get from pep boys advanced auto etc
