Default F22B2 Oil Leak

Picked up a 96 Accord and have started noticing some leaks that weren't "noticibly" there when I looked at the car for my daughter. Anyways I sprayed the engine down and got all the crud off it so I could see easier where the leaks are coming from. Took a couple blurry pics with cell phone, sorry digital camera battery dead of course. Got a few questions if someone could help me out.

Oil is leaking from around the distributor. When I pulled it off there is oil just inside the head (first pic). Is oil supposed to be in there or is there an internal seal to prevent that? And obviously the distibutor seal on the distibutor needs replaced correct?

Second pic is a leak that has me baffled as to where it is coming from. After maybe 5 miles of driving there is oil sitting on the ledge where the red arrow is pointing. This is the backside of motor just next to the timing belt cover (left edge of pic). I loosened the cover up and just cant tell if it's coming from in there and ending up on that rounded edge or not. It doesn't appear to be any further towards the manifold but just in this corner. What are your guesses as to where this is originating. Not sure as to what to start pulling off as my comfort level isn't real high with this but I'll most likely be doing it myself anyways. Seeing the How-To on pulling the timing belt and such has me really wanting to make sure what this is before I get too deep.

Thanks for the help.

The distributor will require replacement (reman, ETC). The internal shaft seal is not serviced separately (although re-builders seem to be able to find them).

The second item may well (hopefully) be coming from the oil pressure sending unit located just above the oil filter. they are prone to leaking.
If it is not, then a look under the timing belt cover may be in order.

Took off rocker assembly and got a good look at the cam seal and I'm pretty sure the leak is coming from there. Reading up on removing timing belt just to get to the seal to replace it and man does that look like a pain the rear.
