98 accord V6 rear cam wont line up
I have got the new timing belt on and both cams and crank lined up when I first put it on.
I then rotated the crank 1 time and the front came was lined up and the crank lined up but the rear cam timing mark is pointed straight down. Now if I make another rotation everything lines up as it should
Is this right?

What you are describing is highly unlikely. Either the cams are timed correctly, or incorrectly. Both cams will rotate at the same rate, half speed of the crank.
If the cams are rotating at different speeds from each other, there is something very wrong or the belt is slipping/skipping over one cam belt sprocket. This may be possible if the engine is rotated the incorrect way while the tensioner is loose.
